Solar Eclipse June 2011:1st june 2011


A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partially obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth. Full Lunar Eclipse which is the first Lunar Eclipse in 2011 will occur on June 15 and will be visible from India The next partial solar eclipse will occur on July 1 in the Southern Hemisphere and will be visible a D-shaped region in the Antarctic Ocean south of Africa.

On 1st June 2011, Wednesday Second partial solar eclipse will be seen on the night of wednesday, 1st June 2011 from 12:55 AM to 4:27 AM. This solar eclipse will not be visible in all the countries the path of the partial solar eclipse begins at sunrise in Siberia and northern China at 19:25:18 Universal Time (UT). The eclipse’s path will travel northeast and end at 23:06:56 UT, just north of Newfoundland in the Atlantic Ocean.
