World's largest burger weighs 352 kilos: The massive 352-kg burger , which included a 49-kg bun, 9 kg of onions, 5.4 kg of pickles and 13 kg of lettuce beat the previous record holder, a Canadian creation that weighed a measly 269 kg.
The mega burger called as Juicy’s Outlaw Burger was created last Saturday. The Guinness Book of Records Officials were there to verify the new world record burger.
Together with Nick Nicora, the owner of Ovation Food Services in Pleasanton, Brett Enright chose the annual carnival event to work. They started to cook at 05.00 am, and finished by 20:00 pm or about 15 hours cook time.
It was cooked up by organisers of the Alameda County Fair on Saturday in a bid to bring the world record to America in time for Independence Day.
